Our Health Guarantee:
We guarantee that your new Staffy will be healthy and free from serious infectious diseases on the day of departure. Each puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian and provided with a health certificate, confirming they are up-to-date with vaccinations.
Coverage Includes:
- Congenital & Genetic Defects: We cover life-threatening congenital or genetic conditions for up to 10 years from your puppy’s birth.
- Severe Health Conditions: Protection includes severe issues like spine problems, heart or kidney failure, and significant hip dysplasia, which may require surgery.
- Fatal Viruses: Coverage against fatal viruses such as Distemper, Parvo, and Coronavirus for 5 days after arrival.
Exclusions Include:
- Environmental & Stress-Induced Disorders: Conditions like kennel cough or cold, which may develop after arrival, are not covered.
- Curable Conditions: Issues such as localized mange or cherry eye are not included in the guarantee.
- Normal Conditions: Conditions considered normal, such as cherry eye or dry eye, are not covered.
As a responsible pet owner, it is important to schedule a vet check-up within 72 hours of your puppy’s arrival. Any health concerns must be reported immediately to uphold the guarantee.
Claim Process:
If your puppy encounters a covered health issue, we offer a replacement puppy of equal value. To claim:
- Inform us right away about any health issues.
- Provide an official veterinary report detailing the problem, tests, and severity.
- We may request a second opinion or additional documentation, including photos or radiographs.
- In the event of a death, a necropsy report may be required, and if necessary, the deceased puppy may need to be returned at your expense.
